«Food is good, service is great, but hotel in terrible condition. Ventilation/Air Condition extremely load so could not use. A lot of things are broken and rusty. Almost no people there and essy to understand why.»

«We stayed in a three bedroom townhouse. There was a bathroom for each bedroom. It had the hardwood floors, not carpet!! We had our grands and they loved it also. My daughter says we will definitely come back!!! Loved it!!!»

«My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. »

«Unfortunately it took us over an hour past our check in time to actually get set up in a room, check in is 4pm and they said our room was not ready yet and will call us, it was around 5pm we got a call, not really anywhere to change if you were going to hang around to wait for check in. The room was okay, beds were not that comfortable. The pool is small and the water park and lazy river are in a different area than where we were staying. Good if you have small kids, we don’t.
