«Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. «Great staff, clean room and good working ac. Breakfast menu was fresh and different each day, a variety to choose from. Hotel surrounding is quiet and conveniently in close proximity to restaurants and many fun activities for the family. Visited from Boston at the end of April not peak season summer hence quieter days and smoother movements from point A to point B.»

«The property is very dated with very old decor. It was extremely dirty and unkept. We had a power issue, a TV issue and a broken room fan with an extra noisy AC unit. Most of the “resort amenities” were located on another property, requiring transportation. Very disappointed with the overall experience. Will not be returning.»

«My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. »

«The building consisted of privately owned condos, so I’m not sure how much authority the staff would’ve had about a noise complaint. So I didn’t bother. There is a $44.80 per day resort fee and $22.40 per day parking fee.»

«I paid over $400 for two nights. I was given one of the nastiest rooms I have stayed in for years. The bathroom sink did not drain, I account more cigarette burns in the furniture than I could remember. Th dishes had hair on them, and when we rolled back the sheets the sheets were dirty. The floor was sticky and the room smelled like an ashtray. The smell of the room was just so bad. One of the beds in the room was broken so had to sleep next to the ac unit which was less than 6 inches from the ...
