«The property was everything we hoped for. And more! Clean, well managed, attractive, comfortable and just felt like home. The owner Shawn was very responsive to our questions before arrival and made us feel very welcome. We will return this winter and beyond. Loved it!!! Made the effort so that the little things we need but sometimes forget were right there in the house. I’d give it a 15 on a scale of 1-10. »

«This home had everything we needed and more for an enjoyable 9 nights in Maine. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home. There is even a lobster pot! Both bathrooms were clean and fresh with plenty of towels. The downstairs bedroom is spacious and the mattress was very comfortable. The 3 upstairs bedrooms were also. «Charming antique farmhouse with lots of room. Convenient to Wiscasset (10 min), Newcastle (20 min), Boothbay Harbor (30 min), and Freeport (35 min). Richmond, the next town over, has a cute pub, ice cream stand, and mini golf. Would definitely stay here again. »

«The house is located in downtown Lincoln, close to shops, food, the lake, and anything else you require for your stay. The house itself is very well appointed and clean; the host went above and beyond to make this a great vacation rental, that really feels like a home. The house has everything you need, really everything has been thought of, I cannot overstate how well this property is set up for a vacation rental. «Our hosts were terrific - although we did not meet them they communicated with us quickly and were very hospitable. When the snowstorm hit, they had the drive way plowed - twice. It was very cold and snowy and the house was warm and welcoming. We could not have been happier withe rental.»

«Very good stay, bathrooms were excellent and temperatures good. Property was in excellent condition. Beds were pretty hard but good.
