2. Tiny Bay House on Delaware Bay / 2 min walk to the beach / Sleeps 5

Kitts Hummock

«Our time here was an attraction in itself. There were so many small details. I won't mention all of them as I don't want to spoil the surprise but one of our favorites was a telescope pointed towards an ocean piling where birds frequently perch. The house felt interactive and playful. There were snacks and beverage options (including tea, coffee, water, and even other surprises) available. Very clean. One consideration is the stairscase. Milford

«If you have a child playing on the DE Turf, you won’t ask for a better location. It’s a straight shot coming from the south to the parking lot avoiding all highway back ups. Very convenient to Milford for eating as well. The property was perfect. Clean, secluded, quiet and plenty of wildlife to watch. Also just a few minutes from the ocean. The AC worked great and there are ceiling fans throughout. The host couldn’t have been better. Very easy to communicate with and actually notified us of a ...

7. Poe Themed Home Close to Beaches and DE Turf

Milford

«The house is cute, very clean, and well situated. The town is also very cute with a great little river walk.Has your basics so don't expect to cook a big meal - no real kitchen, which is clearly stated in the description. The code didn't work for us to get into the house. Cat communicated almost immediately but it took an hour to get the code to go in. I understand access to streaming services are not included in most rentals but codes for local channels should be given or that information should ...
