«This property is a gem located in a beautiful location where at sunset you can see spectacular views of Montepulciano. The room was spacious and clean with updated bathrooms and the salt pool refreshing and relaxing. The staff for our breakfast and lunch were so kind, warm and helpful that it made our trip here very special. Recommendations for dinner and wine tastings was also spot on! Definitely come here!»

«The woman at check-in could not have been more friendly. She gave us helpful hints and we had an excellent room. I would love to return during the summer season so that we could use the pool. It was absolutely beautiful. Property is within walking distance to town. I would not hesitate to stay again.»

The usual problem with European hotels where the bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom, so you have to bother your companion with the light in the middle of the night. The breakfast was also nice and efficient. The location was close to Perugia and had free parking that helped a lot.»

«Paulo and his wife were great. Property had a wonderful view and provided for great countryside experience. Food was good. The shower in our cottage wasn’t great so it left water on floor and a mildew smell. Nice people.»
