"Relatively close to the airport (14 minutes or so). Clean except for the floors that could have been cleaner (couldn't walk without shoes without getting small particles here and there stuck to your socks/feet).
Room adequate for wheelchair users but the bathroom was horrendous when it comes to safety in general. The tiles are a death trap, one footstep on a wet spot and you're done for. It's the same tiles in the shower so it's extremely dangerous. The hand-held shower head was the worst I've ever experienced. Short stiff cable and the shape of the shower head made very hard to keep the stream of water towards you (very slippery).
Very friendly and helpful at the reception but a bit messy and chaotic.
We got there right before the kitchen closed (lunch) and they were kind enough to get us pizza to our room. Sadly the tomato sauce was very acidic and we had to scrape it off.
They wrote the credit card details wrong (they had to call at 10 pm to correct it and we had an early morning flight even though we explicitly told them not to disturb us that late) and the breakfast package was not what we needed and had to be corrected. My husband is diabetic and asked for something whole grain and I have a sweetener allergy and we got everything gluten free instead. I had called to cancel the restaurant reservation and they called in the evening because they messed up the cancelation.
They had a free shuttle service. Efficient and polite.
