o we arrive at the hotel after a long journey. We are greeted by a teenager who did not inspire confidence. We simply wanted to know where breakfast would be the next morning. He told us that we had to go to a restaurant located 1000 meters away. This seemed odd, but he was quite insistent that breakfast was from 0700 - 1000 AM at the off-site restaurant. The next morning we went to the restaurant as directed. Imagine our surprise to find the restaurant locked and closed! We did see a woman working inside and we motioned to her. She brusquely dismissed us. We went on our way without our breakfast since we were on a schedule. We asked about the breakfast problem later that night. The woman at the hotel disputed our account. She did not believe us and was she was very rude. I would not be writing this review iIf she had simply apologized for the inconvenience and showed some concern. Apart from that, the extra beds in the junior suite were not made upon our arrival. The room was a bit stuffy. Also, they charge 1.50 euro for a cup of instant coffee! On the other hand, there is parking on site and the bathrooms seem to be newly renovated. Still, given the utter lack of customer service and care for the clients, we will not be staying here again.

Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber, im Bad waren Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Es waren ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.
