The Space:
🔸Our waterfront single family home is on the Yahara River channel between Lake Monona & Lake Waubesa. You're a 20 second boat ride or 2 min drive from enjoying the open waters of either lake.

🔸As you enter the home, you'll be greeted with an open living concept featuring a large living room with a natural gas fireplace, and dining room with deck access

🔹Food lovers will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen and breakfast bar seating

🔸After waking up, sip on your complimentary coffee/tea while getting cozy by the fireplace in our mid century modern furniture

🔹The natural light flows throughout the main level that includes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with high end shower functions

🔸All three luxury bathrooms include Kohler digital controls with rain shower and heated floors

🔹The lower level has all your entertainment needs with a pool table, arcade games, sun room, bar area, comfy seating, & a 65" smart TV

🔸The walkout basement leads to the private patio, backyard, and dock that’s great for fishing/swimming

🔹6 total beds: 1 King bed, 3 queen beds, and 2 queen floor mattresses

The Neighborhood:
Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Two AMAZING parks within 1 mile, and several walking/biking trails. Live music and other entertainment is a 2min walk from the house.

Getting Around:
A freshly paved sidewalk makes walking easy and safe while viewing the beautiful lakeside homes. Parks are within walking distance, the bike trails can be hopped on from the house, and parking is available inside the garage.

Other Things to Note:
🔹Two pets maximum per stay - Pricing as follows... A 1-5 night stay is $150 and will automatically be added at check out. If your stay is 6 nights or longer, you'll be charged the $150 at check out + $40 per day for nights 6 and beyond (this will be applied after booking).
