The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and our child enjoyed the pool. The Continental breakfast was also well stocked during our stay (Fri-Sun). The only hiccup was loud music from the bar located between the hotel.

Pot smokers in the hotel and it stunk!! Indoor pool was ice cold. We were near the side door and you could hear some people milling about while they smoked cigarettes right outside the open door. Annoying

We chose to stay here because of the proximity to the VA hospital where we had an early morning appointment. When we checked in at the hotel the young man at the front desk was very friendly. The room itself was very clean and had everything we needed as far as linens. The lobby and public areas were clean and inviting. We were able to park on arrival and walk over to the market across the street for supplies and the restaurant across the parking lot for dinner. I would definitely recommend to family and friends traveling that way.

Only issue is I’ve stayed here twice and there is no bottled water in the vending machine. Ice water was available my first stay but second stay pitcher was empty. Please just keep cold bottles of water available!!

I like the private outside entrance to the room and the patio. They should have 2 chairs for the patio though.

There was trash in the yard around building and the landscaping needed simple maintenance such as putting rock back in that had shifted in to the grass.

Everything was right there, there were plenty of convenient options for eating or gas stations is close by. Place was clean, the receptions at the front desk was super helpful. Liked everything about it. Just wish the breakfast had a few more options.

The spa tub seemed clean until my son was playing with it the morning of check out and feathers came out of the jets…. The balcony door didn’t lock, but we were on the third floor. Overall, the room was pretty clean. I used to be a housekeeper and I have no idea what it’s like cleaning a spa tub, but I imagine they’re not easy. We were only there for 1 night.

Clean property, facilities and rooms. Convenient to restaurants, groceries and beltline (and our family). Staff friendly, but not overly outgoing. We will definitely stay here again if need arises!

I was very happy with the Americinn hotel in Monona, WI and would definintely stay again. The only thing that was bothersome was the echoing in the room and common area, but especially in the room.

Very clean well kept hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location just a bit outside the chaos of downtown. Late night pool hours were nice.

I liked the decor of the room. I liked the easy chair and footstool. I liked the bed, I slept well. I liked the double window sash setup. I liked how quiet it was even though it was near a busy intersection. I liked the eating area, it was spacious with different options of seating to eat. The staff who checked me in was friendly and changed my room to a floor I preferred. I was travelling alone and my accommodations were comforting to me. I felt safe.
