«Very friendly staff all round .The hotel needs a bit updating stairs to room ,we stayed in Apple blossom room which was spacious with a large bathroom .Mini fridge in room with fresh milk nice touch .The room was comfortable in the heatwave ,with a fan included . Felt the detail of cleaning could of been better ( big cobweb under window and handbasin cracked and behind the taps could of done with a clean ) The setting and surroundings really make this hotel a good find .Breakfast served by ...

«Hottest day in May on record and the heating was on in my room. After speaking with staff three times and an hour and a half later, I was moved to another room. In spite of the wonderful advert featuring a restaurant I was told no kitchen tonight. Second room was very noisy overlooking the car park which doubles as a camping ground for motor homes, with ten present. No mattress cover and a very dirty mattress. Black mould on the bathroom ceiling which had been painted over but still showed ...

«Lovely sized room, great atmosphere in the Pub. Nice location to explore Ironbridge. Breakfast items already in the room (crunchy nut cornflakes / rice krispies / pain au chocolat with a small fridge containing milk / yoghurt / preserves / orange juice. Downside to this was the small fridge was a little noisy.»

«If you`re looking for the perfect English small town experience, this is the hotel for you. The staff was really service minded, and the old restored rooms both clean and nice. The restaurant was also really nice, with excellent food. We recommend this hotel.»

«Lovely comfortable room. We were able to check in early and given clear instructions to do this. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and it was excellent. We also had dinner the evening we arrived and really enjoyed the varied and interesting menu.»

«The room was okay, and the employees were nice. The issue was that we were not made aware they had live music on Friday and Saturday evenings before arriving. The band was right below our room and made the walls shake. They did stop as scheduled at 23, but music from a soundsystem continued until around 1, keeping us up. we were supposed to stay to night, but decided to leave after one.
