Great location. The rooms have too much furniture for the size which makes it feel cramped and our room was on a noisy street. Access to the amenities of the next door Pestana Casino property is a big bonus.

Situato in buona posizione a cinque minuti dal centro, utile poter usufruire dei servizi del Pestana casino Park. Peccato che arrivando in macchina non ci sia una zona davanti agli studio per poter scaricare e caricare i bagagli.

Location excellent with bus stop into city centre on road outside hotel. Excellent room with plenty of storage space and air-conditioned. Nice sized fridge with freezer compartment in kitchen. Small sized pool within hotel grounds with access to large pool at large hotel next door. Reception staff all very friendly. Plenty of restaurants opposite hotel as well as a couple of supermarkets (the one down the hill to the side of the Casino Park hotel is the better one to go to price wise) and a 24 hour petrol station opposite.

Très bon séjour
La chambre/studio était spacieuse et très bien décorée. Le personnel était sympathique et la petite kitchenette avait exactement ce qu'il fallait pour préparer petit déjeuner et des pique-nique pour randonner. Les petits points négatifs sont le bruit de la route : avec la fenêtre fermée ça va, mais impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte; le parking à €6.30 dès 4h30 de stationnement et le fait qu'ils ne donnent pas de torchon pour la vaisselle.

Mein Aufenthalt im Pestana Casino Studio war wundervoll. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber, geruchsneutral und ein schöner Ausblick. Die veröffentlichten Fotos entsprachen zu 100 Prozent überein. Überrascht war ich von der kleinen Kochnische, die selbst neben allen benötigten Koch- und Geschirrutensilien, sogar ein Kit mit Schwamm, Tischlappen, Spülmittel ect. enthielt!!! Das Badezimmer, sehr sauber, wartet mit allem auf, was der Gast benötigt. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher, Shampoo, Duschhaube, Duschgel, Haartrockner, Einwegrasierer. Das Beste zum Schluss: Die Gäste der Pestana Casino Studios können alle Annehmlichkeiten des gegenüberliegenden Casino Park Hotels mit benutzen. Restaurants, Badelandschaft, Jacuzzi, Spielezimmer, Fitnessstudio, Bars usw.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel apartment.
Really nice room with very comfy bed, good shower, convenient little kitchenette, nice balcony, very very tidy. Pool looked pleasant but we didn't use as we had free use of the pools and spa at the sister hotel immediately next door (which is a very swanky hotel with amazing interiors). Conveniently located nearby to the town and also near the hotel district with it's good selection of restaurants, also near the bus stops for the airport and tours around the island. Nice helpful staff also who helped answer any questions.

Was expecting better
I was freezing in the bedroom, the AC didn’t work and the duvets were not warm enough. A couple of days during the stay, they missed cleaning my room and had to chase them. Doors were left open wgilst the cleaning staff was around and because weather wasn’t great it got really cold.

Great choice, excellent location
Great choice! All the comfort of new rooms with small kitchenette combined with access to all of the facilities of the 5-star Casino Park hotel next door - infinity pool, bars, restaurants, gym. Reception team - especially Jessica - all lovely.

Well located apartment hotel
Fantastic place if you get a high floor looking towards the town. We had probably the best room #6013. The room came with a balcony, but being on a busy road was very noisy Pool is small, but well located on the south side of the building. We were turned off by the 5* parent hotel next door - cold and featureless, Absolutely no character. The indoor heated pool next door is free to use but is a long way to get to, in the hotel basement, but is useless for swimming in The town is just ten minutes stroll down the hill. Plenty of buses to/from the town (and the Aerobus from the airport (5 euros pp, ask for the Casino stop) stop right outside, including the open topped tourist bus

Very comfortable clean apartments...
Only 2 years old so rooms in a good condition...unfortunately it is a bit noisy sitting on the balconies.. we did ask to be moved and the young lady on reception was so helpful and we ended with a room on the ground floor facing the swimming pool. This was a lovely room. A very nice clean apartment. Wonderfully comfortable bed, large tv, good size bathroom. Not much room for storing clothes tho. Only real gripe would be that self catering facilities very poor, 3 mugs, 3 glasses, 3 set of cutlery only. One pan and 1 small frying pan. Not much room to cook food. No wine glasses. Hotel need to think about improving this part of the service. Apartment in a good position for getting out and about. Had a really nice stay.
