«Erick at the front desk was very helpful. Super convenient location to the ferry to Mackinac island. Washers and dryers available for our laundry and I’ve machines to fill coolers. They allowed us to leave our vehicle there for our overnight visit to the island which was VERY helpful. You can walk to many things from the hotel. Would recommend as a budget friendly option.»

«We had very pleasant interactions with the staff and the location couldn't have been more convenient to all the local shops, restaurants, and even the ferry to Mackinac Island. We were excited that our room was at the end of the building and hall as we hoped we'd have a window. We had a good laugh when our only view was the hallway. «Check in on 6/15 for 3 nights. Went to the room , dropped off luggage, and toured downtown. Came back and checked the room. Disgusting, moldy bathroom ceiling and tiles, toilet cracked. Only 1 working light bulb in the bathroom ceiling, I went and got one from the front desk. No apology. Sink had no stopper. Coffee machine and fridge not working, plugged in the refer. «Couldn’t use the balcony we paid extra to reserve due to mayflies swarming it, the hotel doesn’t do anything about this; many other hotels in the area are same on this issue. Swimming pool was heavily over chlorinated, had to open windows because smell of chlorine was so bad several guests were getting watery eyes just sitting next to pool. The hot tub has really nice warm water but the jets are broken so that they turn on but bubble up the sides only where chunks of tile are missing. Restaurant ...

«The photos are deceiving. It looks like a well maintained hotel however, it is an old motel with alot of outside, outdated stairs that the wood was split on the treads, railings we shaky and it was difficult to get luggage up to the room. When I got there the TV didn't work, they told me that they thought all of the TV's had been switched out and the RCA TV's didn't work with the new cable they had, they didn't have cable, they had Antenna TV. We had 15 stations and at least 5 were Spanish TV ...
