«1. The rooms had bad sound isolation, we were in the summer house and had people upstairs running around at 7am waking us up
2. The bed had bed bugs, I was bitten at 10+locations on my arm
3. The food at the main restaurant was terrible. the avocado toast was worse than the one I make at home, the toasts were soggy and the avocado was not fresh.
4. The front desk people looked rather confused and weren't very helpful, not properly trained for a place this expensive.
