«Excellent lakeside view. True peace and quiet. Courteous and friendly owners who respond to messaging extremely fast. 30 minutes from the Canadian border in Lubec with some stunning vistas. We travelled here from NJ for Halloween weekend in late October 2025, and the trees were turning and changing colors all along the drive up, and all throughout Maine. Cozy cabin vibes and an easy to use fireplace with plenty of firewood. Highly recommended.»

«I loved the concept. However, it was a muddy mess to get back there. I don’t mind mud but you can’t carry everything back with you. I think they could put a path way with wood berms or hravel. I fell and slid in mud so walking back with a clean change of clothes impossible because your most definiy gonna fall i. the mud. loved the animals though»
