"Perfect hotel for an overnight stay during a Nairobi airport layover. The shuttle service was fast, efficient, and felt very safe. A special thanks to Henry, our driver, who was very helpful. Check-in was quick, the room was good, and the bed was exceptionally large and comfortable. Highly recommended!"

"Lite rom. God seng (hard madrass) Hyggelig personale. Kloakklukt på badet. Ingen hånd holdt dusj og ein dusj som spruter vann overalt. Mangler skilt på hotellet som viser vei til bar, restaurant, basseng, treningsrom osv. Var frokost inkludert når eg bestilte, men ved innsjekk var det ingen frokost inkludert. Testa aldri ut frokosten. Dette er eit Hotels.com problem. Ikkje hotellet. Ikkje første gang dette skjer. Veldig dyrt i baren/restauranten. "

"The grand old lady from 1976 by the park in downtown Nairobi is still going strong. Excellent security and service, good variety of restaurants and food types, very clean pool area and attentive, super-friendly staff. We will be back!"

"The airline lost my bag. The hotel told me repeatly that my bag was on its way. Lots of times I was informed it was just about to arrive. It finally arrived 45 hours after my check in. I don’t know if it was incompetence or what it was, but I’d expect a classic 5* hotel to either retreive my bag (i’d be happy even if it had cost me $300) or get someone else to get it for me. The staff in the execetive lounge was very friendly. "
