«Clean room with easy check in. Parking is extremely limited. We were staying for 2 nights and I had to ask staff if I could have the second mornings complimentary breakfast. They advised we should have had our room serviced which didn’t happen. The staff I spoke to were lovely and helpful, giving me fresh towels and the breakfast. It’s a “locals” pub so it was a bit noisy late into the night. The room was clean and the neat, the bathroom was fabulous!»

«We are repeat customers and love the cottage, its location, it is close to town and the lake with its amazing sunrises/sets and bird life. Great for walks, easy to get to Ballarat. It is comfy, equipped well, the water is hot. So safe for our dog, Ian is a lovely host.»

«What was on the Internet not the same as experienced, Take "breakfast included" Is fruit juice, cereal, fruit and coffee/tea considered a breakfast? I doubt it. This outlet on market for past two years and it was noticable. Weeds outside and inside very run down. The whole area totally "unloved" I think owners should sell and cut their losses and let someone take over and run correctly as a B&B. Service non existant and it took two phone calls to find out what was happening with our booking. Saw ...

«Prompt response to any questions, very quick communication. Easy self check in. Nice little touches and attention to detail. Comfy Bed, Good heating. Parking a bit tight, but we parked ok. Great restaurant/pub across the road. Walkable to main street, but beware of distance if you want easy walkable access to everything.»
