The house benefits from a spacious living room equipped with three large sofas, an open fireplace, a 7ft pool table and a 55" Samsung TV, providing plenty of space to relax and entertain.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for seamless meal preparation, including an AGA stove, ovens, coffee machine, air fryer, slow cooker, blender, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and even a popcorn machine. Additional key appliances are also provided to ensure maximum convenience during your stay. The space is light, spacious, and designed for both everyday cooking and entertaining, making it perfect for preparing meals for family and friends.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.

*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine

Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
