«Very disappointing.
Room was cold and tv not working.
Left voicemail for contact twice but received no response.
Had to put spare duvet on top of bed. The fact that this spare duvet was in the wardrobe perhaps indicates that the lack of heat is a continuing problem.
Internet was intermittent and difficult to get.
Towels very hard - suggest you take your own.»

«Loved this place, very welcoming, excellent and attentive service with a bit of humour thrown in! Super rooms which were spotless and well maintained. Very generous vegetarian breakfast which was very tasty! Would highly recommend.»

«Loved my stay for a work trip. I’ve booked to come back in 2 weeks to stay again for my next trip. Great room and great facilities. Best stay I’ve had for a long time.»

«We stayed two nights at Pickmere guest house, and it was very enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful and rustic, and the room we got was spacious and tastefully furnished. Beds absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was very good with locally sourced ingredients, plenty of coffee and a quiet atmosphere. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Pickmere is kind of in the middle of nowhere, so you need navigation as he roads are not too well marked. It´s close to Knudsford, and a trip there is highly ...

«In poor state. Dirty toilet with skid marks and one towel used when we first arrived. Tiny double bed with only one duvet and one sheet, which they had arranged horizontally as it was for two people. Did not work in practice, especially since it was no heat and therefore very cold at night. The radiator did not work and could not be adjusted. Also, the shower had low pressure and there were no fridge. Only good thing is location if you are going to Old Trafford and MAN airport. »
