«We chose the hotel for it's convenient location in the city of Orotina , where we were visiting relatives . The staff was good , perhaps a little inattentive on check out. The reception office was closed and I had to look around for someone to return my key. Be advice there's is a very noisy soccer academy right next door . We were alocated on room 11 , close to the academy . It can be an issue if you are trying to rest early evening .»

«Everyone was so helpful. They let us write to the place we were staying. It was a little difficult to find the office when you see the physical sign walk up the path and you’ll see it right there. It was noted. We just didn’t know what we were looking for, but a sweet gentleman came out and found us and let us where we needed to be. Breakfast was very good as was the coffee. «No tuvimos la oportunidad de desayunar por que la habitación la dejamos antes de las 7:00 am que es el horario que nos comentaron que abría el restaurante y no habia opción de hacerlo para llevar. La reserva ofreció un paquete VIP con botella de vino por habitación pero no se nos hizo ninguna mención de dicho paquete en el hotel. Las habitaciones en general estan bien, las instalaciones cuentan con alberca al centro, las habitaciones se sentian limpias.»

«The location was beautiful. The rooms are VERY large. I was not aware that the room did not have a/c or fan (but I did not read the details, I just assumed it did because of the pricing) the weather was not super hot this day so it was ok, but on a warmer day it definetly needs it, also no TV at least in our room, the bathroom had some leaking in the shower. The beds and pillows were ok. Maybe we just assumed beacuse of the price that it would be a little more premium. But the experience was Ok ...
