«Owner was very communicative. There were a few issues when we arrived because of the former renter. Philip dealt with the issues immediately. The older home is well maintained in an established neighborhood. Extremely clean. Home is well located to explore the northern, central and southern entrances to New River Gorge National Park. We enjoyed having wine on the outside patio. Washer and dryer in the basement was a big plus. Enjoyable experience. William and Jan, Iowa»

«We were very happy with the home and the proximity to the soccer fields. Our grandson was so happy to have the hot tub to soak in after very physical games. I was also happy to see it was a cat friendly home. Cat friendly homes are hard to find. We did not bring our cats with us on this trip, but so happy to know they were welcome. »

«Wonderful stay! FYI- Maps app doesn't bring up the address. However please take note and print out the details that they give you prior to getting there. Service is spotty in the area. This house is on gravel road and it's secluded. We had a great stay and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area. We enjoyed the corn hole boards and horse shoes for the afternoon wind down. We stayed for 3 days and was able to see all the New River gorge areas in these 3 days. No hiking just taking ...

«Beautiful property with a homey feeling in a quiet, country-like setting, while having the travelers convenience of a Dollar General store and 2 gas stations less than a mile away. Every room is spacious, including the bathroom. We were especially pleased with the thoughtfulness the owners took into account for younger children, which our granddaughter absolutely loved. The larger deck featured a sturdy tile patio table and 6 chairs, which we took advantage of each day for outdoor breakfast and ...

«Really enjoyed our stay! Wish I could give 4.5 stars. Communication was excellent and the check in process was simple. The wifi was a little confusing; password was provided but not the network, and we couldn't join any of the networks that popped up as options (unsure of written character; S or 5?). Would have emailed and asked, but it was 10pm and we were trying to watch the NCAA tournament and couldn't. No tissues and TP was very thin. Only coffee for Keurig was peppermint mocha; nothing ...
