«We had a lovely stay at bank house cottage . Veronica and Alan made us feel very welcome . The cottage has beautiful views all around and is so clean and cosy. Would definitely recommend the hot tub it was very relaxing after long walks. The Stork pub serves great food and is just few minutes away 👍»

«We had a really enjoyable stay at Woodpecker Cottage. We were celebrating a 60th birthday and 60th anniversary, there was plenty of room for all 13 family members inside the property and we enjoyed the outside space using all the facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The bedrooms/bedding/towels all lovely and clean. We would recommend a stay at this property.»

«The lounge left side window was taped up and rags placed on the sill to prevent water etc the central window pane was cracked in 2 place. There were mould issues throughout the property, it wasn’t clean and there was a wire hanging loose I have photo evidence. The discrepancy between the actual property and the advertised description was totally different»

«This is a comfortable, immaculately-presented, and very well-equipped property located in the heart of the lovely town of Lytham. The house includes a spacious dining room and adjoining living room, a very well-appointed kitchen, and two bedrooms; whilst one bedroom was a bit tight, this still provided ample space for our family of two adults and two children (14 and 12 years). «A true home from home this lovely quaint cottage offers. The owner has gone the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and it has everything you would find in your own home. «Sweet suited apartments are in a fabulous location. Very close from the train station of St Anne’s on the sea and a quick walk from the promenade. «The old school house is in an old victorian building beautifully ornate. Extremely clean and so comfortable with modern vibes will definately be back. Bus stops practically outside property to visit Lytham or Blackpool or couple stops from St Annes definately recommend »

Fin reise med hyggelig personel men dårlig renhold
"Det ble ikke byttet sengetøy på 5 dager. Siste dag måte vi etterspør renhold 2 ganger og da vi kom inn for kvelden var det fortsatt ikke red opp senga osv. Knaggene på baderommet var løse. Man kunne ikke henge opp håndklær der så de ramlet ned hele tiden"

"Er vel et av de dyreste hotellene i Blackpool, men det lever ikke helt opp til standarden det burde hatt. Hadde rom med seaview I 4 etasje med skråtak som man lett kunne slå hodet i. Vinduet på rommet var ikke mulig å lukke helt, så det blåste inn på rommet. Det andre vinduet var punktert, så man kunne nesten ikke se igjennom det pga. Kondens inni vinduet. Hva er da poenget med seaview? Vasken på badet har fortsatt to kraner med varmt og kaldt vann, hva med å få et ordentlig blandebatteri? Badekar er også veldig gammeldags med fast dusjhode, så her burde det vært satt inn et dusjkabinett. Resepsjonen og fellesarealer ser fint ut, men rommene virker veldig slitt, så en oppussing burde vært gjort til den prisen man betaler. Frokosten er helt grei, men veldig ensformig. Burde vært litt flere alternativer enn bare English breakfast. Etter 5 dager blir man lei av maten. Utenfor hotellet er det ingen dedikerte røykeplassen med askebeger, dette burde det vært, da folk bare kaster sigarettsneiper over alt. Synd at de ikke oppgraderer hotellet så man føler man får valuta for pengene man betaler."
