The apartment:
This 60 m² apartment, plus a 20 m² mezzanine, was completely renovated in 2021 before being put up for rent. It is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
It consists of:
- A living room with a beautiful “French-style” ceiling typical of Lyon, featuring a sitting area with a nice TV and a large coffee table... Next, a dining area with 5 chairs and a high chair if needed for a baby; the fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave...)

- A bathroom with a corner bathtub, towel warmer, large sink, and storage
- A typical Lyon-style mezzanine (ceiling height 1.60) with a large double bed, a single bed, and storage space

Lyon’s 1st arrondissement is part of the Lyonnaise Peninsula, which is the very heart of Lyon, situated between the Saône and the Rhône rivers. It’s the ideal starting point for exploring the city.

You’ll find several landmarks right near the apartment, such as City Hall, the opera house, the Museum of Fine Arts, and the Fresque des Lyonnais mural...

The neighborhood is very lively, with plenty of shops for a shopping spree, as well as restaurants and bars.
Everything is within walking distance once you’ve parked your car.

If you’d like to visit neighborhoods further out, you can rent a bike or a scooter, or take the metro, which is right at the building’s entrance.
