Located in a pleasant neighborhood with many shops and just a few steps from Valmy metro station D, leading in less than 10 minutes to the Presqu'île and Place Bellecour, this very attractive, comfortable, beautifully furnished and subtly decorated 135 m² apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator in a secure building.

The entrance opens onto a large, bright living room/kitchen area. The attractive kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, French press coffee maker, etc., and all you need for cooking. On the living room side, a large dining table with 2 benches, a sitting area with various seating elements and an overhead projector are available for your movie nights.

The corridor in the night area leads to a 1st room with a desk and a queen-size bed 160x190, a 2nd bedroom with a double bed 140x190, a 3rd bedroom with another double bed 140x190 and also a desk. At the end of the corridor is a bathroom with bath and separate WC. Finally, on the left-hand side, you'll enjoy a large and beautiful master suite with a queen-size bed160x190, a dressing room and a large bathroom with shower.


The apartment also has a large balcony that wraps around it, perfect for enjoying the outdoors while being on a high floor and without leaving the apartment.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta, a few coffee and tea pods, etc.) Bed linen and towels are included.

In the apartment you'll find a guide with all the information you need for an excellent stay (WIFI code, notices, recommended restaurants...).

Entry to the apartment is 100% autonomous from 3pm via a key box. Check-out is until 11am maximum.

The entire Memorable Place team is committed to providing you with the safest possible stay! Before each arrival, we call in a professional cleaning team to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used.

As mentioned in the advertisement, parties and noisy events (loud music etc...) that could disturb our neighbors are forbidden in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
