«A really lovely apartment, tastefully furnished and comfortable with nice bed linen and towels. There was plenty of space for our 2 year old granddaughter to run around. There were a few things missing when we arrived - no kitchen roll, hand wash, dishwasher tablets etc but these were delivered the next day with a bottle of Prosecco which was very welcome! There was a broken lightbulb in the smaller bedroom which was promptly replaced while we were out. There were no instructions about recycling ...

«Very clean and came with all the amenities we required. The Smart TV was able to be moved around so we could enjoy TV whilst eating or whilst in bed. A very convenient location right in the epicentre of where we wanted to go/what we wanted to do, very cosy on the inside too! Hosts were great with communication and we'd absolutely return again!»

«We were a little disappointed with our stay . It was impossible to hang clothes in the wardrobe in Bedroom 1 as it was stacked high with bed linen . Also a lot of bed linen in other wardrobe . The fan in one of the bathrooms was not working resulting in a lot of condensation on the floor making it very slippery . The canisters which may have held tea and sugar were empty . The name on the lockbox has faded . On the plus side it was a great location »

«The location was brilliant. There was good equipment in the kitchen and the sitting room was comfortable with a great tv. Others have mentioned the water is a bit temperamental but it didn’t affect our stay. I think it could benefit from a deep clean. It wasn’t dirty but needed a bit more care. »

«I now can't remember how many times we've stayed in the lighthouse apartment at Sunnybeach, but this was the latest in a long line of visits, and once again didn't disappoint. We arrived early on the first day, after a now very familiar drive from North Bucks, dumped the car in the on-site car park and set about the business of walking for 2mins to the main street and having a pint and some lunch, followed by a quick 5min stroll to the pier because, well, you have to, it's the seaside. «Lovely flat with a cracking view But...... Internet was lousy which meant the nice smart TV was unusable. Tried getting hold of the management but emails didn't get answered and telephone call centre was a contect centre who couldn't really help and promised a call back which didn't happen. »

«This is a very clean home that had what we needed during our holiday. Naveed was very easy to deal with and had great communication. It’s worth noting that this is a flat upstairs from a convenient store and mechanic shop. We were fine with it, but it does add a level of noise to being in the flat and/or having your windows open. »

«This was our 3rd stay at the Muntham Appartments (6th stay with Torquay holiday Lettings in total) & was fantastic as always. Grant & Adam always make us feel very welcome and valued guests. «Simon was a very polite host but we had a few issues with our stay. The apartment is near a nightclub and on one night had to pass our way through the crowd to enter. It wasn't just the noise from the nightclub but also pigeons in /behind the bedroom wall which made it very hard to sleep. We told Simon who kindly offered us another room but at that point we'd decided to leave early. Whilst the place was clean and tidy it had poor shower pressure, limited storage and a faulty TV. «We had a very relaxing break at this beautiful cottage in what was a very soggy weather week. The only thing I would say in slight criticism,is that the heating could have been a little better. I do take blood thinners so feel the cold easily, so maybe just me! A very pretty location and central to everything we wanted for our break. If you visit, I would absolutely recommend the Churh House inn just a stroll away. Fantastic hospitality, food and atmosphere. We will definitely return. Thankyou ...
