Take an idyllic walk to town downhill through the woods, fields and along the river or hop in the car and explore the historic Cobb harbour, pretty cobbled streets and independent shops, before heading to Charmouth, known for its fossil rich cliffs. Only 0.5 miles away is Lyme Regis golf club, which is open to non-members and has a bar and restaurant or visit one of the many attractions within 9 miles, including Pecorama, Beer Caves, Seaton Tramway, Burrows Farm Gardens and River Cottage HQ.

This mid terrace cottage has a private entrance door that leads into a welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area boasts an electric flame-effect wood burner and TV and the compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up a romantic meal for two. There is space to dine just opposite. Heading upstairs you will find the bedroom with the bathroom next door. Due to the setting within the eaves there are some areas of restricted head height on the first floor, which only adds to its character and charm.

To the front of the property is a patio with outdoor furniture and views over a shared lawn area with picnic benches, picturesque pond and the countryside surrounds.
