«Everythng was very good BUT it was next to a large building and construction work at of course there was much noise which was very annoying In my view we should have been told about this before and if we had known we would not have stayed at this accomodation»

«Casa de Figueria was perfect. I only wish we had more than 3 days bc enjoy it. Plenty of room for me, my wife, two boys, and 80 yr old dad. Garden and lemon trees were great. I paid extra for pool heating and that was a great choice. The kids stayed in the pool for hours (the air temp was a tad chilly - low 60s but the water was plenty warm). «We have stayed in many VRBO homes, but this one is now at the top of the list. This beautiful home is so warm and welcoming with a pretty pool, barbecue area and outdoor furniture that we regretted that it was only the two of us. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything you would need no matter how many people are staying. «We spent 4 days at the property and it was amazing! The best part of it in my opinion is the view onto the ocean and nearby cliffs. Really a great spot to sit out while taking in the view. It’s absolutely gorgeous! The villa is modern and seems to have been completely renovated. It’s a quiet area but you can walk to the restaurants and bars in a few minutes. «The property has a large electric gate which made us feel very secure and the children could run around in the garden safely. Unfortunately the pool didn’t heat while we were there so we couldn’t make use of it. Also the hot tub was £40 for 30mins which wasn’t advertised until we got there so couldn’t use that either as it would be too expensive. The garden is beautiful and the nice swimming pool was warmed and inviting . The view from the house is amazing overlooking the ocean and the cliffs around . «We were pleasantly surprised with the quiet, laid back beach town Luz. Praia de luz was a very short walk away from the apartment and ended up becoming one of our favourite beaches in the Algarve. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped for our stay. An excellent option close to Lagos but outside the tourist area. »
