«This spacious home with a huge, quiet, well-kept front and back yards was perfect for our family group and puppy. There is plenty of space to spread out and enjoy relaxing. Fire pit and charcoal grill were great additions. There was a gigantic turkey who entertained us morning and evening with his strut.»

«This spot was perfect for our group of friends with young children! The kids had a blast with the playset, hot tub, and games at the house. The adults appreciated how spacious the home was. The bedrooms were all spacious and we had plenty of hang out spots. We’re already planning another trip when the weather is warmer so we can take advantage of all of the outdoor amenities!»

«Negatives- beds aren’t so comfortable, upstairs toilet struggles to flush, had to turn on the hot water heater and the place could use a deep clean. Positives- great location, great air conditioning, nice cabin feeling and the deck outside was great to hangout on. Overall I’d stay again and would recommend to anyone.»

«We were looking for a couple of peaceful days and we found it. The cabin was wonderful, updated, cozy, and so nice and clean. There’s lots to do outdoors and we made a short trek into Manistee to enjoy the lakeshore. Tammy, the hostess, was so great to work with, too. I would gladly return.»

«Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hosts are great! Helpful, communicative, and made sure we knew all the things there were to do and see in the area. The cabin was wonderful, peaceful and relaxing. We did a winter rafting tour of the Pine through Pine River Paddlesports. Highly recommend! We take our pup everywhere with us and are grateful that Hawk’s Nest Kabin is dog friendly. We will definitely book again!»
