"Shortly after booking I got a WhatsApp message from mister Ding who works at Splendid if there was anything else that they could help me with. I think this was a nice touch, and it also made it easier for me to contact the hotel if I needed something. Arriving late we were greeted by the staff. Shown to our room and ready for bed. There was a little issue with the room, but the staff handled it very well and we moved to another room the next day. I appreciate how professional and well they took care of us. The room was amazing. Booked the suite and it was very very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the 11th floor with a morning view of Hanoi. Breakfast is pretty good. You get a variety of western and Vietnamese food. A good start on the day. Here is also the pool. Didn’t have time to use it, but looks like an OK place to hang out if you want that … On the top floor there is a rooftop bar. Good drinks and good views in the evening. A nice place to wind down after a busy Hanoi day.. We wanted to have a day trip to Ha Long Bay and the hotel staff arranged it in minutes. We were very pleased with the tour. So their recommendation was spot on 🙂 This was a very nice stay, the staff, the hotel, all made our stay in Hanoi a well worth time. I will happily be back to Splendid Premium Hotel. Looking forward to my next stay Hẹn gặp lại lần sau"

"Positivt: - Topp beliggenhet i gamlebyen med kort avstand til severdigheter - God seng - Romslig størrelse på rommet - Aircondition kunne enkelt reguleres og stilles inn - Vennlig og service innstilt ansatte. De var positive og prøvde å imøtekomme ønsker bår vi ba om noe. Vi fikk byttet rom da vi sjekket inn, og det var ingen problem at vi flrst inspiserte ledige rom før vi bestemte oss. Prisen ble den samme. - Grei frokost i hotellets restaurant i toppetasjen, med fin utsikt - God og variert mat i restauranten til helt fair priser - Afteroon tea servert i restauranten inkludert i prisen. - Bra value for money Negativt: - Byggearbeider på naboeiendommen var svært forstyrrende fra klokken 06:00 til 19:00 hver dag - Badet på vårt rom hadde ingen dusj, men kun et badekar med høy kant som man må klatre oppi dersom du vil dusje. Vi skled og slo oss da vi skulle gå ut av badekaret - Det er to heiser, men den ene var under vedlikehold deler av oppholdet. Veldig ofte var heisen i bruk av ansatte da vi skulle bruke den. Med 10 etasjer var det alltid ventetid når man skulle bruke heisen."
