«Nice Hotel with nearby restaurants and activities. Friendly staffs and clean amenities. Only issue is that the thermostat controller for the gym is not in the room, hence there's no air conditioning even during the gym opening hours unless there's a staff member nearby to turn it on for you.»

«God frokost»

«The rooms were a bit noisy (poor sound proofing in the windows) and one room smelled of cigarette smoke (we got a different room) but overall it was good value and friendly staff.»

«Flott hotel 100/100»

«Booked two days here for attending a day cruise in Ha Long Bay. When we arrived the hotelroom was dirty. The walls had stains and the room was dirty. The bedsheets were also not clean and had stains. The receptionist was very helpful and got us a new room. However this also had stains on the bed sheets. There was a musty smell in both rooms. We left one day early, since we didn’t want to stay here for one more night. »

«This was the cutest little townhome style apartment. Beds were located in the small loft, but were comfortable with nice bedding. Apartment has plenty of seating. Kitchen is minimal and not well equipped, but has a mini fridge. Fresh, unlimited, bottled water is offered, which was a nice surprise. The area is up a steep hill and removed from the main traffic, but it was VERY noisy at night with close neighborhood noises and some VERY loud dance music late into the night (we declined to stay ...

«Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!»
