A large open space on the first floor for cooking and socializing, with access to a large patio and lawn in a prime southwest-facing location where we usually work out before it’s time to grill. The master bedroom also has direct access to the patio. On the upper level, there’s a toilet, shower, and double sinks so there’s no line when it’s time to brush your teeth. On the lower level, you can relax in the living room with a book or perhaps play a board game in peace and quiet. Next to the living room is a bedroom and the second bathroom, which includes a shower, sauna, bathtub, and relaxation areas. There’s a laundry area in the bathroom, and a toilet right next to it. There are plenty of lovely walking trails starting right from the house, and it’s only about a 5–10-minute drive or bus ride to downtown. It’s close to the water and grocery stores. A bakery and pizzeria are within walking distance.
