  • Located on the stunning beachfront side of Patterson Parade, Lucinda.

    Spectacular views of the Hinchinbrook Island, Great Palm Islands and the Lucinda Jetty (the longest jetty in the Southern Hemisphere).

    Dungeness boat ramp is a one minute drive from the property. Fish the Hinchinbrook Channel, around the islands and even out to the reef. Popular swimming spots include Mulligan Falls and Zoe Bay Falls on Hinchinbrook Island as well as Yanks Jetty on Orpheus Island.

    Lucinda Hotel & Bottle Shop, Slipway Restaurant and Lucinda Store are all within short distances for your convenience.

    Fully furnished 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, with all linen and bath towels provided. Kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Portacot available on request.

    2 bay garage which contains bait freezer, beer fridge/freezer & fish filleting table.
    Plenty of space for parking several vehicles and boats in front yard.
    Check-in at 2pm. Check-out at 10am.

    ***Wanting to stay long term? A complimentary clean can be arranged every fortnight free of charge.

Luxury at Lucinda is stunning, hosts have thought of everything you need to stay, super clean and the views from the house spectacular would highly recommend staying at Luxuy at Lucinda

If anything this place is under sold in the advertisement, it was much better than we had anticipated, so clean, tidy, has absolutely everything you could want and more. Right on the beach, really easy access for getting a boat in and out of the driveway and the furniture and fitments were really good!! The Lucinda hotel runs a courtesy bus for free and was so easy to utilise which made staying here even easier again!! We had an awesome time and are absolutely looking to return!!

House was absolutely beautiful. It was well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The view from the sunroom was gorgeous. Less than 10 minutes from the boat ramp and the beach was practically at the backdoor.
