Diese Karte berechtigt zum Parkieren Ihres Personenwagens auf allen weiss markierten Parkfelder der Stadt Luzern.Normallerweise sind immer Parkplätze verfügbar. Wir bedauern, dass es bei Ihnen nicht der Fall war.Die Zimmergrösse ist im Profil angeben. Das Doppelzimmer NOBLE ist 22 m² gross und entspricht der 3-Sterne Klassifizierung gemäss Hotelerie Suisse.Unsere Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat Sie genau über die Parksituation informiert. Deshalb war keine Rückerstattung der Parkkarte möglich.Es ist natürlich schade, dass Ihr Aufenthalt in Luzern an Silvester nicht zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit ausgefallen ist.Freundliche Grüsse
