«Staff,facility was all great»

«This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding»

The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view ...
