«Check in was easy, they’re doing renovations so there’s some noise and a little mess but nothing crazy! Clean rooms, friendly staff, decent breakfast options! It seemed all the ice makers were out of order so that was a bummer but not a deal breaker!»

«Are breakfast for the 1st time in their restaurant for the 1st time of many stays and it was very tasty. Workers in the restaurant could have been nicer!! Grounds outside were very well kept up. Appreciated I guess security letting their presence be seen!!!! We never needed him but made me feel safer seeing him there. Also really appreciated him letting us all know when a storm was coming. Love the availability to many restaurants. Unless I switch beaches I don’t see me staying any where else.»

«Room was updated and spotless. New carpet, paint, bathroom vanity, and more. A fantastic value imo. We've been staying here for many years & it never disappoints. It's close to EVERYTHING in NMB & just a stone's throw away from Myrtle but without those resort prices. Pool was clean & open. Highly recommend for families or solo travellers.»

«First off we didn't stay, we as unaware of a contract being that we purchased thourgh a third party. My husband is disabled and it ha stairs which we was unaware of and you have to walk to the beach it isn't in front of the beach it's on side street.»

«Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly »

Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. It was advertised as Ocean Front Room, but none in that other building we were put in had ocean front. Individuals requiring assistance are not aware of an alternative entrance find themselves carrying their luggage upstairs unnecessarily. It needs to include better communication about injury in the building with luggage are those with special needs.»
