«The apartment was sufficiently clean when we arrived. However, we ran into issues with unlocking the door when we arrived. We were on the phone with the maintenance man on call who was trying to help us remotely because he was 30 plus minutes away from the unit. The code we were given did not work. He tried multiple things to help us, but it wasn't until someone else from the company contacted me about how the unit was and I let her know of the issue. I wonder if she hadn't activated the code, ...

The location on Stock Island is nice because you’re close to Old Town KW but not in the thick of things, so you can sit on the patio or chill in the pool to unwind. Our rooms were spacious and clean although I gave four stars simply because the cleaning folks need to give the floor a good mopping. «The freezer and refrigerator weren’t cooling upon arrival. They sent maintenance out immediately. Overall a nice stay, we chose to fly in this time and to rent a golf cart for transportation. «The condo is old and not well furnished. Wake up to the sound of the dumpter every morning before 8 am is unwelcoming. 10 numbers to get into the condo, 4 numbers to get into the tennis, 4 codes to get in and out of the pool and to wash your clothes the minimal is 10 with downloading an app. The airport is right outside and when on business calls, you have to pause for a minute. The beds are uncomfortable. »

«The apartment was clean and as described. There was an issue with the sliding glass door not locking. Communication was quick. The only issue I had was that they told me they would send someone in the morning. I said that won’t work. We ended up fixing it (slide both doors together) the response time for extra items to be delivered or any maintenance is the only downfall. I’m not sure if they have a maintenance crew on the grounds. »

«My flight was cancelled out of Chicago Saturday which I accept. What wasn’t acceptable was how dirty the lobby, floor and general condition of the unit. The pool water was cloudy and had no sun. We left one day early due to being notified on Monday by text that pest control by the building was being done from noon until 2 Tuesday. Brought these issues to the owners with no resolution on their side. Happy to provide pictures.»
