«The unit was comfortable and clean however there was a mat around the front of the toilet that looked unsanitary. The lock on the door is difficult to use and locking instructions are not clear. The unit is located around the back of the house, basement suite. The path to the unit is uneven ground, steps and walkway. Very difficult to use while carrying luggage. «I really enjoyed my stay at the Dome. It's comfortable, cozy and the perfect location for exploring Peggy's Cove. Fav things: the indoor and outdoor fire, sauna, and bird feeders. Constant views of blue jays, juncos, doves and chipmunks feeding and fleeting in the woods. The bed is really comfy, too, and there are plenty of appliances and kitchen tools to cook your own meals if you plan for what is available. »

He got someone over to unlock the door for us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful house. It was clean and well-kept. "This is a quick turnaround facility. Most people are either going or coming from the airport and staying one night. It was clear the housekeeping staff was expected to turn rooms around quickly - and we’re not given sufficient time for a thorough cleaning The room was comfortable but the standard of cleaning left a lot to be desired. Discovered a dirty diaper in the recycling bin from the previous occupant. Mold in the shower. And dust in the corners of the floors. Breakfast was basic. "
