«A short weekend getaway was made perfect in this villa. The location is idyllic; especially the balcony overlooking the bay with a perfect sunset view. The home was well-appointed, simple yet all the necessities were covered. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Definitely will book again. »

«What a wonderful little condo for our stay! Easy drive to Key West for the day. Dinner at hawks Cay Salt and Ash was superb. The resort’s restaurants are open to the public. We cooked a couple of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Overall a great winter break! »

The location is perhaps the quietest key - one road in, one out. The place is tidy with many amenities. Note the villas are attached and you can hear your neighbors to some extent, especially the washer/dryers. "Room was ok but worn. Our main problem was the additional sofa bed (we were 5 people). The sofabed was the worst thing ever slept in, and reduced my overall experience. I might got 4 hours sleep in total over 2 nights, and woke everyone else up when turning. My campfire tent and sleeping bag to the ground is more comfortable."
