«I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made.»

«We were pulling a long trailer with our truck and we ask for a room that could overlook our truck and trailer so we could keep an eye on it and the gentleman that helped us rearranged our room so that we could see the parking lot. He was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very spacious and cozy. They had washers and driers you could use for free with stay, a small weight room, a very nice swimming pool and patio area with a BBQ pit for grilling needs. Breakfast was really good with a ...
