«Near by town shops and pubs. Nice and quiet »

«Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. «We were in skegness a little earlier, but it was a bit rainy day . Aramide let as ceck in bit earlier then schedule, as the flat was ready and she didn't want us to hang around in the rain. Once finally being able to get in I went to make a cup of coffee but all the cups had coffee stains on them all the ...

The listing created the impression of views towards the seafront promenade and Arnold Palmer's Putting Course, but instead our apartment overlooked an enormous overflowing skip.
