Tastefully furnished with a contemporary style, this one bedroom holiday cottage comes complete with one kingsize pillowtop divan bed.
The cottage has a modern bathroom with rain shower and bath plus a well equipped modern kitchen with dining table, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine. The lounge has enough comfortable seating for two people, a television and log burner.
An outside table and chairs is provided in the garden, perfect for alfresco dining.
The cottage also benefits from the use of a swimming pool (open seasonally and shared by other cottages but booked by appointment for private use) and seven and a half acres of beautiful Lincolnshire meadows and woodland.

We are happy to accept well behaved dogs in some of our cottages. A charge per stay applies which can be added to the booking or paid locally, so please ask if you need more information before booking.
Private car parking and undercover parking for motorcycles is available.
