«My stay in Room 317 certainly left a lot to be desired. The carpet is stained with bleach and you can see it as soon as you enter the room. «The room was very clean and the staff very attentive. In addition to cleanliness, comfortable beds are super important to me. The mattress was great and sheets were very soft and breathable. I particularly like their pillows- should have asked where to buy them. They have black out curtains and the room was quiet even though I was there during KY Derby week- which was busy but not noisy. «Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back.»
