Our studio is attached to a building that is open space at the moment, so you will have total privacy!

It’s a spacious 300 square foot studio attached to a building. When you rent the studio, you’ll have total privacy and the only ones to the house as the rest is unfinished space.
If you ever wanted to experience a luxurious tiny house, this might come very close to it with the exception that it’s attached to a bigger building.

All new, totally renovated with new kitchen and bathroom and a touch of the old with it’s restored metal cabinets and farmhouse style sink.

You can enjoy your complementary morning coffee in the kitchen at the counter top or in the comfortable chairs in the living room.

Our newly renovated shower is very spacious with body wash, shampoo and conditioner and plenty of towels.

In the kitchen, if you would like to stay in and cook, we have a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans and a kettle, salt and pepper and a few extra spices as well as plates and silverware.
The studio has a large window that lets a lot of natural light in, or you can keep the blinds shut for privacy. We’re located in a quiet neighborhood and have a few fast food restaurants about 2 min from the house or more fun, local restaurants about 3 miles away in downtown New Albany.

Only 1 dog allowed no bigger than 40lb.
