Gros Bémol sur le ménage, poils dans les draps, tâches sur les serviettes, sol collant, banquette de jardin trempé laissé dans la douche du rdc, ainsi que la moisissure présente dans certaines pièces à cause de l'humidité. «Logement confortable ( sauf la douche pas très pratique) et bien équipé, avec un jardin et un espace barbecue à partager avec 3 autres logements (mais nous étions seuls cette semaine là). Très bien situé tout près de Buenavista où on trouve tous les commerces, et à 1/4 d'heure de voiture du départ des randonnées du Parc de Teno.Communication facile avec le propriétaire, qui était là pour nous accueillir.»

«Pros: Die Unterkunft ist super schön und sauber. Toller Gastgeber. Das Bett ist groß und gemütlich. Es gib immer eine Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Checkin war unkompliziert, da der Gastgeber direkt daneben wohnt. Dienliche hat alles was man braucht, das Bad ist sauber und alles sehr neu. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.»

"Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Tenerife was excellent. The receptionists were helpful and so kind, even the times when we were too late to book a reservation at the restaurants the receptionist was so kind and helpful and found us a table still. They are really kind also at the breakfast reception. The breakfast has a lot variety and have tasteful and healthy alternatives. We loved eating at breakfast every day and the different restaurants were unique, especially the Japanese one (Akira). Absolutely recommended. The Italian restaurant (Verona) I remember the names of at least 10 people who work there, and it’s not difficult when they are so memorable, kind, colorful and approachable. We enjoyed the pool facilities, tennis (not included, but they drive you to the tennis court you book nearby) and the beautiful Abama beach which they drive you to with a charming little green locomotive train. I mean, we had a week there and it was truly wonderful. The room with the ocean view is recommended. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious, I’m grateful they gave us such a great room. 10/10. Thanks for the experience!"
