«Pros: Vistas desde la terraza Cons: Tuvimos varios problemas que no se solucionaron. No tuvimos wifi, ni televisión, el ascensor se rompió y estuvimos 5 días sin él, se lo mandé por WhatsApp y al final lo tuve que solucionar yo, la puerta del aparcamiento no funcionaba y no nos dejaron llave para abrirla manualmente y decir que el ascensor solo llega a la 3° planta, el resto de pisos ( estábamos en el 5°) había que hacerlo andando»

«Der Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung auf Teneriffa! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der tolle Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer.Die Lage ist ideal: ruhig, aber dennoch zentral – Supermärkte, Restaurants und der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge über die ganze Insel ist die Unterkunft perfekt.»

"Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Tenerife was excellent. The receptionists were helpful and so kind, even the times when we were too late to book a reservation at the restaurants the receptionist was so kind and helpful and found us a table still. They are really kind also at the breakfast reception. The breakfast has a lot variety and have tasteful and healthy alternatives. We loved eating at breakfast every day and the different restaurants were unique, especially the Japanese one (Akira). Absolutely recommended. The Italian restaurant (Verona) I remember the names of at least 10 people who work there, and it’s not difficult when they are so memorable, kind, colorful and approachable. We enjoyed the pool facilities, tennis (not included, but they drive you to the tennis court you book nearby) and the beautiful Abama beach which they drive you to with a charming little green locomotive train. I mean, we had a week there and it was truly wonderful. The room with the ocean view is recommended. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious, I’m grateful they gave us such a great room. 10/10. Thanks for the experience!"

"Great hotell with three different pools a beach, a nice gym, several restaurants a wide variety for breakfast and a possibility to lend a guitar or a record player. 🤘 We stayed for 13 nights, in three rooms, two had a great beach view and were spacious and modern . Only minus / negative is the beds are springy and hard. Washbasin caused a lot of water spillage around them, so we got towels to pick up the excess water. The staff was serviceminded and pleasant. They spoke English and tried to cater out needs. We rented a car on the hotel and it was a nice experience. There are shows every evening with a variety of performer's with covers from Queen, the Killers, Rolling Stones and other great bands."

"Veldig rent og ryddig rom, innsjekkingsprosessen var fin Rommet vi fikk var fantastisk, stor balkong med bord, solsenger og stoler. Kjøkkenet var også veldig bra, og godt utstyrt Bra basseng, med veldig mange solsenger 20min køyring til Los Cristianos der det er mange flotte restauranter og flott solnedgang "

"Overall a positive experience, but the quality of food and drinks could be better. It seemed as if they used the cheapest option instead of whole food in some cases, especially for guests with all inclusive. We also tested the spa area where most of it was out of order. They did not inform us before paying for the entry. "
