"My boyfriend and I stayed in a 2bed, 2 bath with a huge balcony with a fantastic view over the ocean and city. Really spectacular! Cleaning-people came 3 times for full towel change and taking out the trash. We usually had breakfast down by the poolside bar. Very friendly staff and good food. Only drawback for me was breakfast didn't start until 0830 at the restaurant, and they only had buffet, which we found to be too expensive. Much better food at the bar right next to it, which doesn't open until 9AM. We loved lying out by the pool and enjoyed great drinks at the bar. It was never overcrowded and we always found a good place to sit. One thing we found a bit strange is that the lifeguards didn't seem to have the same rules. One day there would be one guy who doesn't allow any ballplay etc, and the next day there was a different guy who plays ball with the people in the pool and kicks around a ball by himself as well :p So just watch out and act accordingly :) The city centre with many restaurants, and the beach is about a 15-20 min walk from the hotel, and you have to cross about 5 intersections to get there. The traffic came from 3 sides and I found it terrifying to cross so we usually would get a taxi, which cost around 6-8 Euros each way. Closest restaurant, medium supermarket and sportsbar outside the hotel is about a 5min walk downhill. Minimarket at the hotel has the basics and is open til 4PM. We enjoyed our stay here alot. =) all in all it was Great!"

"Vi hadde en fantastisk fin ferieuke på Casas Ducales. Svært fornøyd med rommet vi fikk. Svært hyggelig mottagelse og veldig hyggelig service. Vi likte spesielt godt afternoon tea tilbudet. De tidligere frokostene i hoved restaurante var også et av høyde punktene. Personalet var svært hyggelige"

"Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Tenerife was excellent. The receptionists were helpful and so kind, even the times when we were too late to book a reservation at the restaurants the receptionist was so kind and helpful and found us a table still. They are really kind also at the breakfast reception. The breakfast has a lot variety and have tasteful and healthy alternatives. We loved eating at breakfast every day and the different restaurants were unique, especially the Japanese one (Akira). Absolutely recommended. The Italian restaurant (Verona) I remember the names of at least 10 people who work there, and it’s not difficult when they are so memorable, kind, colorful and approachable. We enjoyed the pool facilities, tennis (not included, but they drive you to the tennis court you book nearby) and the beautiful Abama beach which they drive you to with a charming little green locomotive train. I mean, we had a week there and it was truly wonderful. The room with the ocean view is recommended. The room was absolutely beautiful and spacious, I’m grateful they gave us such a great room. 10/10. Thanks for the experience!"

"Great hotell with three different pools a beach, a nice gym, several restaurants a wide variety for breakfast and a possibility to lend a guitar or a record player. 🤘 We stayed for 13 nights, in three rooms, two had a great beach view and were spacious and modern . Only minus / negative is the beds are springy and hard. Washbasin caused a lot of water spillage around them, so we got towels to pick up the excess water. The staff was serviceminded and pleasant. They spoke English and tried to cater out needs. We rented a car on the hotel and it was a nice experience. There are shows every evening with a variety of performer's with covers from Queen, the Killers, Rolling Stones and other great bands."

"Overall a positive experience, but the quality of food and drinks could be better. It seemed as if they used the cheapest option instead of whole food in some cases, especially for guests with all inclusive. We also tested the spa area where most of it was out of order. They did not inform us before paying for the entry. "
