«House was nice, spacious &AC worked well. We had an issue w/the water upon arrival, but it was quickly taken care of. The house manager isn’t the easiest to get in touch with, as he doesn’t always reply in a timely manner, but the owner stepped in&got our water situation solved. The house isn’t cleaned daily (we were told that up front) but my husband suggested they should offer a price for daily cleaning service which would’ve been nice. «We absolutely loved this location & home! Alex is an amazing host & attends to all needs. Loved watching sunrise & sunset here & Alex has everything you need in each unit (3 total). We enjoyed this as a base to explore majy areas like Cabo Pulmo, La Paz, Cabo, and La Ventana. Snorkeling is excellent off the rocks at a nearby point. Beach is perfect. And paddling to the rocks we saw 4 species of rays, schools of fish, dolphins off shore & clear water. So perfect! We hope to return for more ...

«The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom casita was comfortable, stylishly decorated and well appointed. However, we were not aware that the owner, his caretaker, her children and 2 dogs would be sharing the common space. There were several days that the dog poop was not picked up, so navigating the shared space was precarious, especially in the dark. That said both the owner, Larry and the caretaker, Carolina were very responsive to our requests.»
