Charming bungalow located in the heart of Venice. Quiet street and walking distance to Abbot Kinney, Rose, Main Street and the beach. The house has a unique set up with two structures on the property. One structure has a full kitchen, living room, bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with shower and laundry. The detached structure contains a master bedroom and bathroom double sink vanity and jetted jacuzzi tub. fully gated outdoor space with an outdoor dining table and string lights for the perfect ambience.

Warm, cozy home perfect for family of 4 adults

Had to book last minute stay in LA and luckily found Jill's property. True to the description and pictures, its a lovely home with enough space for 4 adults. There were options for street parking, we were also able to pull our minivan onto the property. Quite a few brunch and coffee places within walking distance. Highly recommended!

Pleasant and Quiet

Excellent location to Rose and a quiet respite close but away from hustle bustle we like during the day and for dinner. A perfect combination. Thank you for having all the necessary essentials in the home. The outdoor spaces are lovely for enjoying the nice weather.

Wonderful private and secure property in a nice neighborhood of Venice. Super convenient to everything I needed. Great and easy biking to the beach and town shopping and restaurants. Super walkable.

Outstanding Venice bungalow

Loved our stay. Everything was as described, and the host provided ample linens, detergent, paper towels, etc. - often have to buy these things ourselves at rental properties pleasant surprise these were all included. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Great location too. Thank you!!

Great Location!

The Bungalow is in a great location! We really enjoyed walking to the beach and Abbot Kinney. This home has two separate structures one of which has a full kitchen which is a really nice set up and the yard space is cute and cozy.

This bungalow was perfect for two friends. The separate living quarters was a bonus. The property is well secured and the outdoor space is nice. It’s a great location with walking to restaurants, Whole Foods and the beach.

Cute Beach Bungalow

Unique property in quiet neighborhood about 6 blocks off Venice Beach. Main house has small Queen bedroom en-suite while outside structure has large master suite in converted garage. Great for 2 couples to have space and coffee outside in back courtyard. Time for outside cushions to be washed, but that’s minor. Good communication with owners. Location walking distance to Whole Foods, neighborhood restaurants- must visit Felix for special night out! Thanks for opening your home to us. Had fun long weekend getaway.

Girls Weekend Trip

My friends and I had an amazing stay here last weekend. House was perfectly located by the beach, restaurants and bars - safe location as well! The side/backyard were one of our favorite amenities - huge open space and great for hanging out day or night with nice weather. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great location!

This house is in a great location. Walking to restaurants and cafes on Rose and easy to get to beach, airport etc. The house is stocked with beach items (chairs and towels) which was a plus. Street parking was easy but if we could not find any the house has parking.

Good neighbourhood but not well maintained

Pictures on the listing are not fully accurate because as soon as you walk in you can see the main house is not well maintained. There were stains on the couch and stained sheets in the bedroom with the double bed. The kitchen is not well stocked and the linen closet was disheveled. There was a dirty cutlery holder and kitchen faucet handle that falls off every time you turn it on. The master bedroom is located in a converted garage. It was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Communication with the property manager was good. The neighbourhood was great but the property is not lovingly cared for. My overall rating would be 3.5 out of 5 stars.

Venice Beach on Foot!

Great location to visit Venice beach and just a short walk to a fabulous bakery and supermarket. A couple of blocks did feel a little unsafe but we ventured out on foot and had everything we needed close by. Plenty of parking too! House itself had a lovely feel, very comfortable and communication with Jill was great. Thanks for having us!

Mother Daughter Trip

We had a lovely mother daughter trip at this location. Jill and her husband were very responsive to our needs. The pictures make the house look a little bigger than expected but it was enough room for the 6 of us. The AC in the main house was strong but struggles to get into the bedroom but the fan was a great touch to cool off the room. Jill had beach towels to us within an hour after arriving. The house was clean and our daughters loved the master bedroom. Kitchen was stocked and accommodating.

Wonderful!

This is such a wonderful property. It was just as advertised. Being walking distance to the beach was the major sell for us as we have teenagers that were excited and couldn’t wait to walk down to the beach amongst the crowds! Close to supermarkets restaurants, gas stations etc. everything you need is nearby. We loved our stay and Jill was very responsive.

Venice Bungalow in Quiet Neighborhood

We loved our stay at this little home tucked away in the neighborhood of Venice. A short walk away from several great restaurants along Rose Avenue and about a 15 minute walk from the beach. Enjoy the solitude of having your own place away from the bustle of the beach while yet still being able to enjoy all the Venice has to offer with a short drive or bike ride.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our vacation. Myself(single mom) and my 12 yr old son and his friend. The two separate houses was perfect for us! Had issues with the WiFi and ultimately couldn’t get it to work (they learned to entertain themselves). Safe neighborhood, slept with windows and doors open. Close to great restaurants and 15ish min walk to beach. I’d totally go back and stay there again!
