Great customer service and cleaned every day some minor updates on the paint of the room but overall I would stay there again

Upon arrival you are asked to provide a $60 deposit, which is stated nowhere in the booking process. I paid for a king room and was downgraded to a standard. I called the front desk to ask why I was placed in a smaller room and the associate said the only solution was I pay to upgrade to a double bed and place them together. UNPROFESSIONAL all around!

Wet dirty and noisy place . Furniture was very bad . There was not even side lamp I paid for 2 nights but only could stay there for one night . Wasted my money .

The TV didn't work. Very dirty walls and doors. Clock didn't work. The bed was comfy but the mattress springs were easily felt. The exit from the parking lot was very difficult because the gate out is closed permanently. Too expensive for such a poorly maintained room.

One and done here.. first room we were in the breaker popped and shut down the whole floor. We were kindly moved to another room on another floor. Super noisy room and the hot water in the shower randomly goes to straight hot water that burned me bad!! When I mentioned it to the front desk, they were aware it was a problem!! Done with this hotel!!

Front side of hotel is very noisy! Really busy road, Bed is super hard and squeaky noise when getting in and out of bed Bed should be replaced. . Furniture is old, chipped up, worn out. Not inviting, one hard wooden chair to sit on. Bathtub had chipped out paint. I think this hotel gets business because it’s close to the cruise terminal, not as expensive as other hotels. I would not recommend it. Won’t go back. I’m happy to pay extra for a better hotel. We are seasoned cruisers, but we took a chance on a lower end hotel. Just saying!

You get what you pay for. Our room had a musty smell when we got there and the shower above us was leaking into our bathroom. It is very noisy, being that close to the road and worse with motorcycles at night. Some weather stripping around the door would probably help as you can see light around it. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The beds were clean and comfortable.
