A step back in time! Loved our quaint 90 year old stateroom and all of the amazing areas to visit aboard the ship. Especially the engine room and the ship models on the Promenade deck. A must see.

Not worth the price for one night. Very limited amenities and the food was mediocre. I was extremely disappointed. The room was clean and the staff was nice.

This is worst hotel in Los Angeles, I never thought a hotel would be so bad in U.S. Very old and dirty. knock on the door at 7 o'clock in the morning and tell me not to smoke. I'm not smoking, I'm sleeping. I didn't smoke, tell me to fine $250. The hotel rules for checking out at 11 am, but they knocked on my door three times at 7 am, 9 am, and 10 am, telling me that I must check out,I was sleeping at 7 o'clock in the morning when they knocked on the door and told me not to smoke. I said you could come in to check, but they didn't come in and told me to fine $250. I was sleeping at 9am when they knocked on the door again and told me to check out. At 10 o'clock, I was taking a shower when they knocked on the door again. I didn't respond, so they opened the door and told me to check out. It was crazy and scary, and there was no privacy left. I would tell everyone not to choose them. This hotel is simply unreasonable

1-After being awakened by a fire alarm at 5:30 am a expected to see some stuff on the hallway to guide us, but unfortunately there was nobody. 2-the breakfast buffet for $30.00 dollars it was ridiculously disappointing it was more like a complimentary breakfast and it should’ve been no more than $10.00. Maybe $15.00 dollars . I booked the Queen Mary for the convenience of having the cruise next to it and hoping for a once in a lifetime experience.

Well for a historic hotel I’d have to say that they are improving. I was a bit disappointed in the appearance of the room. Definitely did not look like the picture. The windows which were supposed to provide a view of the harbor did anything but. One was so dingy and dirty you couldn’t make anything out. The other had white paint smeared. The bed skirt was yellow and dingy and ripped pretty off putting. The carpet needs updating. Overall comfortable and clean. The second night we got a couple of cackling hens who talked in their loudest most annoying voices. So much so that I was able to hear that they were too stupid to figure out how the toilet flushed properly and that they were having to repeatedly flush to get their “business down” Thankfully a phone call to the front desk and security came down and got them to quiet down. The elevator’s were down at the end of our stay and I had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the main lobby area. Their key system was upgraded that day so it took four trips up and down the stairs the first day to get that figured out. I guess I should thank them for getting me a workout. By far the gem of the stay was the ship, which as a history buff was spectacular! The staff, from front desk, security, tour guides, bartenders, waiters and waitresses were outstanding! The best service I’ve had! They were all so warm, friendly and so knowledgeable of the ship. I highly recommend the tours. I will definitely stay there again.

This is a unique experience and staying here takes you back in time. The staff at the front desk are fabulous. I really enjoyed being able to take a complimentary self-guided tour of the Queen Mary. If you are looking for luxury, first class, this might not be for you. But we enjoyed our stay. I would probably pass on the Paranormal Ship Walk Tour we took. It was just "OK" although the guide was very personable, I preferred our own self-guided walk earlier in the day.
