Main street retails and food/bars/cafes in Santa Monica is barely 20min walk...Fiber optic Internet for your downtime or to get some serious work done and quick access to major highways to explore more of the City !

Me and fiancé had a great stay it was quiet and peaceful and very clean. We enjoyed for our vacation to the football game. The host was very polite and friendly I would stay there again.

This place was NOT what the pictures show! It was absolutely disgusting. I would not stay here at all. The guy communicated until we actually had issues. The heat in LA was oppressive and he told us to open windows and use a fan. When you opened the windows there were no screens so the bugs could definitely get in. He had a fan that was not cutting it. The bathroom showed a shower curtain and it had glass doors that were gross. Major filth and the bathroom cabinet was old and broken down. There was dirt and filth everywhere. The pictures do it justice but when you arrive you go from smile to frown. Also, the smell of mold and mildew slaps you in the face. They had an electric scented diffuser running to cover up the smell. Does not help asthma/copd individuals. Do not let the pictures fool you and the reasonable rate. There are plenty of places to stay that are amazing! This place is not! Do your homework before you stay here.

Perfect for our weekend beach trip! The studio was about a 5 min walk to the beach, with street parking. There were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream within walking distance. The host was easily accessible and made the rental process smooth.

ベニスビーチから近く、サンタモニカまでも車ですぐなのでアクセスが良かった。お部屋も綺麗で満足でした。朝早くから2階に住んでいる方が洗濯をした時は音がうるさく起こされたが、それ以外は快適でした。オーナーさんもメッセージの返信をこまめにしてくれて安心できました。

The property itself and the location are pretty great. Only negatives are street parking only, and Windward Ave can be kind of loud until late night as it is a cut through street from one of the main roads (Abbott Kinney) to the beach. Flip side to that is that you are super close to excellent dining/shopping/coffee/cocktails in one direction, and to the beach in the other direction! Overall it was a great rental experience.

A Must Stay

We could not have asked for more. This place was absolutely perfect. It’s located by everything but still tucked away with enough privacy to enjoy some downtime. We had some of the best sleep of our lives. If I could’ve strapped the mattress to the hood, I would have lol.. We give 10 stars. Thank you for being a great host and the beautiful stay! Great stay

Great stay and nice amenities! Alex was a nice host and very communicative. Thoughtful touches included making sure we got in okay, a bottle of wine, and snacks. Location is super close to the beach and street parking was very easy. Walls were a bit thin, which could bother light sleepers, but otherwise overall great stay.

Perfect Location

The location is great. Five minute (give or take) walk to the beach and Abbot Kinney Blvd. All the amenities are walking distance (restaurants, coffee shops, stores, etc.). The host is great. Very responsive and hospitable. The set up has everything you need such as a fridge, microwave, dining table, etc. The shower is wonderful. Very secure with a locking gate from the street as well as the front door. Neighborhood felt safe. Very happy with our stay!

Wonderful location & comfortable stay

Stop looking. This is the one!

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday in January, and it was absolutely perfect. We live in San Francisco and had always wanted to hop over to LA for a weekend. This spot surpassed our expectations. It’s super close to the beach, in a nice neighborhood, and so walkable to a ton of cute shops and restaurants. Not to mention that Alex is a phenomenal host! Not only was communication great, they even left a thoughtful birthday treat for my wife. One of our easiest and best VRBO stays ever. 10/10, would recommend.

Venice studio

Great location and easy place to stay in Venice. Only street parking which can be somewhat difficult on street cleaning days, during the days. The bathroom definitely needs to be updated. But the walls are thin and I could hear everything from the upstairs neighbor, walking around at 530am and closing cabinets.

Perfect Honeymoon

This home was clean and beautiful. Right down the street from Venice beach and boardwalk with a vast selection of shops and restaurants with easy access to the beach. Alex was extremely friendly and gracious and helped make my wife and I’s honeymoon so special. He offered an amazing upgrade to the property and provided complimentary wine for us. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, all the stars- wonderful place to stay with wonderful hosts.

Great Location

Alex’s place is in a perfect spot! It’s only a few minutes from the beach, there are great restaurants and bars just down the street, shopping on Abbot Kinney is nearby, and LAX is relatively close. Alex was very kind and easy to communicate with!
