The free shuttle for universal was convenient and appreciated. Room was clean! We had breakfast each morning at the California! Excellent food and service. All staff were polite, responsive, and warm.

Clean, safe, modern hotel. Professional customer service. Offers free shuttle bus to and from Universal Studios but also walkable if you prefer to walk.

The staff was friendly but unfortunately I got my gasoline stolen from my truck. Park at your own risk at the Sheraton parking garage. Security couldn’t provide a safe stay for me and my family.

Good location. Shuttles to universal was convenient. But this place needs reimagining. Bathroom floor was dirty when we arrived. Bathroom door was broken. Looks like a local handyman was patch repairing random things. Also the room we had a door to join two rooms. Because of that door. We can hear the next room like they were in our room behind a door. We could hear their conversation very well. I could hear “put on your shoes”, “let’s go”and “we need to go” The sofa bed for the king with sofa bed rooms was so HARD it was unbearable. DO NOT get that room the sofa bed is a deal breaker. The king size bed was fine. Hilton has a king with a sofa bed that we stayed in a year before. It’s WAY better. And the bathroom is almost 3 times bigger.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Did not have gift shop but had vending machines that you can get items from. Part of the lobby is under construction.

The employees were all extremely helpful and friendly. Our room did need some maintenance repairs and more of a deeper cleaning in bathroom.

Walkable (albeit steep uphill) to universal studio and city walk or downhill to metro station. Hotel offers free shuttle rides every 15 minutes to universal city walk during regular hours if too tired to do more walking. Friendly staff and clean room - would stay again if cancellation policy is more flexible as guests have no control over flights.

Never get the TL rooms. Too close to the pool and gets noisy. Don’t upgrade to premium rooms, they are small and by no standards premium. I would suggest avoiding this hotel. Very average and not worth the price they charge. Never again.

Conveniently located to Universal, as we were exhausted from the days activities and needed a relaxing stay. Check-in was easy and staff was super friendly and down to earth. Room was cozy, clean and comfortable.

We stayed for the weekend. Wonderful property. The California restaurant was a great experience, and provided most of our meals during our stay. It is conveniently located to Universal Studios.

Loved that there were many places at walking distance or 5 minute drives. The self serve snacks were a big hit for my daughters and the pool. Loved the pool by bar. They cleaned our room everyday without us having to ask like in other hotels.

great atmosphere and hotel. super comfy king bed. great view. cons are mold, mildew in shower, cracked tiles and missing grout, sofa couch was terrible, very uncomfortable. broken door piece to bathroom, closet doors stick and rub on cabinet frame. they charge a fee to park in there parking structure. It should be complimentary if your staying at the hotel

I was not impressed with this hotel. Booked the "family room" with pull out couch that was absolutely rock hard. My poor son had to sleep on a "bed" that was no softer than the floor. The staff was totally unhelpful. The Starbucks that was supposed to be open until 11am each day was closed at 10:07 with no explanation. The concierge who is supposed to be there to help with park tickets was barely ever at the desk. We went to the pool and there were NO towels. When I let the front desk know they seemed annoyed and said they would tell housekeeping but 30 minutes later...still no towels. We will be staying at the Hilton next time.

We had a hot water problem for a couple of nights, but overall it was a great place to stay.. conveniently walking distance to universal— The manager gave us a comp on the parking fee due to the hot water issue .. Overall a comfortable and nice stay. (included breakfast was nice as well, but its not included for everyone)

The property does not take Apple Pay only physical cards. This was a great inconvenience to me because I did not have the physical cards I wanted to use with me so I had to go to the bank and get cash. In addition, there was a 300.00 deposit. The room was 375.00. This is ridiculous and I had no forwarding. Aft are such a great day at Universal Studios, we ended the day having to take our luggage back to the car, load up, find a bank, get cash , drive back and then check in. Then, the room we were given was next to the elevator. We couldn’t catch a break and felt unwelcome.

Close to universal studios that was nice. Couch was smelly and very uncomfortable to sleep on it. Room was a little smelly too. Food is average and too expensive. Front desk was not that friendly and very cold to questions I asked.

Awesome property always stay here when we come already planning next trip in the summer even bringing more family with us. Staying no where else but here ! Best service ever my guy at the front desk always takes care of us. Makes me feel at home

We were able to check-in early for our stay and head straight to Universal Studios. Staff contacted us when our rooms were ready and the whole process was quick. Rooms were a little small but nicely updated. Shuttle to City walk was convenient. Although you could walk to the park in 8 mins. I would definitely recommend staying here.
